What is the return policy?

At Wellspring, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete happiness with our natural products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy outlines the process for returns and refunds, with specific considerations for the well-being nature of our items.
1. Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. This is crucial for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Due to the intimate and consumable nature of certain products for health and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used essential oils and incense products. (e.g., Our Agarwood Essential Oil and Hainan Handmade Incense Sticks).
- Any pierced, worn, or customized crystal jewelry.
- Items sold on final sale or clearance.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer care team at zpl0610@gmail.com within the 14-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for Instructions: We will provide you with the return shipping address and any further instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- Ship the Item: Once instructed, securely package the item and mail it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Please allow at least 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
- Deductions: Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable. In cases where the return is due to a change of mind and not an error on our part, we may deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and quality control. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at zpl0610@gmail.com with photos and/or a description of the issue. We will gladly cover the shipping costs for the return and send you a replacement or provide a full refund at our expense.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
7. Return Shipping Costs (for Change of Mind)
For returns that are not due to our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. This charge will be deducted from your refund.
